Over the last 15 years, Rich Ehisen has had numerous stories published in local, regional and national publications, including California Journal, Comstock’s, Prosper, Government Technology, Sunset, Sacramento and others. Over that time his work has covered a full spectrum of issues and genres, from politics and business to sports. Ehisen is also the editor of the State Net Capitol Journal, an online non-partisan newsletter that covers state-level public policy and legislative trends in all 50 states. In that role, he has written exhaustively on such issues as immigration, stem cell research, education, homeland security and many others. Ehisen holds a Master of Arts degree in Public and Political Communication from California State University, Sacramento. He is currently the vice president of the Sacramento Press Club.
